Before starting Advanced Marine in 1979, he worked as a Commercial Oilfield Diver and later as a Diving Supervisor and Workshop Manager with leading industry names. His deep technical expertise led to the development of Advanced Marine’s patented medical lock system, which improves safety and efficiency in hyperbaric operations. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys designing and mountain bike riding. His passion for innovation and commitment to safety have made him a respected figure in the industry.
